How do you get your animals?
Most of the animals with Pacific Animal Productions were donated by private zoos or individuals. Sometimes a government agency will place an exotic animal with Pacific Animal Productions for their protection or because found in illegal locations.

Are these animals pets?
The animals of Pacific Animal Productions are our business partners and our best friends. When you think of a pet, you think of an animal that lives in a house with humans. Our animals have their own house -- a real house with a kitchen for food preparation that includes a computer center and lab area for animal health care. The larger animals even have indoor/outdoor living areas.

Why are your animals so nice?
Happy, calm and friendly caretakers make for happy, calm and friendly animals. What can I say?

Where do your animals live?
Pacific Animal Productions is located on a four-acre avocado ranch in Fallbrook, California in North San Diego County. All animals have a round-the-clock caretakers.

What do the animals do when they are not at a show?
Well, it helps that our animals are lucky enough to live in one of three of ! the most perfect climates on earth: San Diego, California. The Cape of Good Hope, Africa and Alexandria, Egypt are the other two. Most days in Fallbrook are a warm 77 degrees. If it‚s hotter or cooler the animals can wade in our ponds, rest under the trees or enjoy the mister in the animal facility. Each animal enjoys a daily walk, climb, or slither. But the best part is the food: each animal has fresh food delivered twice times daily... mango, melons, grapes, you get the idea. Yummmmm.

How much room do you have?
Karla and crew have set up productions in living rooms as small as eight by six feet. We‚ve also set up in stadiums!

How far do you travel?
Summertime is show time for Pacific Animal Productions. We travel all over the Western States. Our special temperature-controlled travel trailer ensures that all our animals travel in style and comfort. When we travel more than our regular 45-50 mile radius we do apply a travel fee.

How many people can you do a show for?
Pacific Animal Productions can create a fun production for an audience from two to 2,000 or more. Our in-house "Zooprize Parties" work best with 20 children or less. We do understand that sometimes you need to invite the whole class, whic! h can work too. In that case, the production will be more like a show with not every animal touched by everyone. Either way, the entire group will have a GREAT time!

We recommend “Learning Safari" shows for schools. We advise that audience members be similar ages with about 300 students per group. For example, group kindergarten through third-grade students together, or third through fifth.
